What comes with the rental at Pole Barn Chic? Let us tell you!

What is included with the rental of the PBC Venue?
What is it exactly that your deposit is holding when you sign with the PBC Venue?
A lot! It’s not just a venue.
It’s a lot of choices….

You get the award winning grounds of Pole Barn Chic.
Choose from the fence line, the manor on property, the farmer’s barn in the background & the new pole barn on the property, the wine barrels, rows of beans and corn and more if you are wanting to  have your wedding photos dripping with a natural country backdrop. If you’re lucky, you can capture John Deer’s in the background.
We also have beautiful stone walls surrounding the property that make for phenomenal photos! Whether you are at the entrance in the back, there are several locations on property to take stunning pictures on for your wedding or engagement!

Step inside any of the 3 venues on property and the country and rustic ambiance has drastically been changed to a modern design mimicking a big city venue. Frequently compared to Miami, Las Vegas, LA, New York & Houston, you completely forget you’re standing in the middle of a historic farm in Springfield, IL.

Mixing all things epic and awesome into one venue, enter the Manor on the property and you have stepped into another world.
From furniture, to fireplace tile & Hollywood style vanities, each room has stunning features that will make absolutely breathtaking photos! These are that are simply not found at the average country wedding venue, including Disney Art & Koby Bryant, multiple movie posters & collectables, game councils, relaxation areas, stunning chandeliers, a pink telephone booth, emerald conversation couch and so much more.

Updating the house that was built in 1865 was great, but we did leave one room the exact same, The Butler’s Pantry. Enjoy sitting in the booth and looking at the hand painted walls. We did update one thing about it: TVs so that you don’t miss a game!
The first change we made to the house was to take off the original patio and add an ADA compliant one so that anyone who needs to access the house can make it in to celebrate and get ready with you.

But where will the guys get ready? In the groom’s garage. We didn’t forget about the rest of the bridal party. We have set it up with TVs, a sound system, a bar, mirrors, furniture and free games to play.  We have had several groups playing basketball before their wedding, numerous games of football in the front yard, baseball and a group of soccer players, too.

If your ceremony is taking place on the outdoor patio, you will have seating for up to 200. The patio is adorned with café style lighting and several electrical outlets.
We have had DJs set up there, violinists, a harpist and a pianist. All have been beautiful choices and have sounded fantastic.

The tables & chairs are included, as well. They are all farm style and gorgeous!
The tables nor the chairs are meant to be covered with linens; however, we can supply those if desired.
Speaking of tables, don’t forget the cocktail style tables for the pre-reception. You get those, too (and P.S. linens are included with those specific tables).

If you want a dry wedding, we will have staff available to refill tea or lemonade and your coffee station. If you would like to have the bar available for your wedding, there is a $750 minimum and that does come with bartenders.

We do also offer a wedding planning platform for you to design the venue to your liking. It is a live link so that updates are done automatically for both the couple and the venues side.

All of this is what comes with the bare bones basic package.
The price for all of this is between $3,500-5500, depending on the date.

You would be required to handle all decorations - setting and striking, all vendor communication and communication with the PBC Venue, as well. Handling of personal items, clothing, gifts, food etc. would be the sole responsibility of the couple and would all need to be removed at the end of your event.

If you opt to get the wedding coordination package, then you automatically get a team of professional wedding and event planners to handle your event, staff and bartenders.
We will set up your decorations, take them down, handle timeline creation and execution, meet and plan with your vendors, greet guests and make sure they have a phenomenal experience. We also assist with hotel accommodation, midnight snacks and more when opting for the coordination.
But what we are really giving you is peace of mind, for an additional $1,500.
