Accessibility is a priority at the PBC Venue. All venues on our grounds are fully handicapped accessible, and we offer designated handicapped parking to ensure every guest feels welcome and comfortable throughout your celebration.

Day-of rentals include 6 hours of venue access. If additional time is needed, it may be added at a rate of $250 per hour. We strongly encourage couples planning to decorate themselves or anticipating a longer event to reserve any extra time at the time of booking. Please note: Additional time cannot be guaranteed later, as the venue may be booked by another client. Purchasing the wedding coordination package allows the couple extra time at the venue and in the house with no extra venue fee charged.

A credit card is required to be kept on file for your event date. This will be used only if additional time is added on the day of the event or if your party exceeds the agreed-upon bar package. Your cooperation helps us ensure smooth transitions between events and uphold the high standard of service we provide to all our couples.
