For all weddings hosted at Pole Barn Chic Events, we require both liability and cancellation insurance to help protect you, your guests, and your investment. In accordance with state regulations, applicable sales tax will be added to all bookings and rentals.

To ensure a safe and smooth experience, security personnel are required for all weddings.

We also offer professional wedding coordination services for $1,500—ideal for couples who want experienced support and peace of mind on their special day.

Please note: our on-site house is reserved for guests 21 and older only.
