Step into the recently renovated House, originally built in 1865, where historic charm meets eclectic style and luxurious design. This stately home offers the perfect blend of warmth and sophistication for intimate gatherings or quiet moments with loved ones.
Adjacent to the house, you’ll find the brand new PBC Venue. Nestled among trees and open fields, this 5,000-square-foot space is anything but ordinary.
Featuring sliding barn doors, chandelier-lit interiors, a second-floor balcony, and room for up to 200 guests, it’s designed to be as stunning as it is functional. Whether you’re hosting a grand reception or an intimate rehearsal dinner, we’ll help you customize every detail to match your vision—creating an exclusive ambiance and unforgettable experience.
For a more relaxed vibe, our Party Garage offers a laid-back space perfect for unwinding, entertaining kids, or adding a touch of casual fun to your celebration.
Audrey Kondelis, the owner of the PBC Venue is an event planner, wedding planner and destination wedding planner. Audrey carefully picked her team and they began their journey together, traveling and getting certified in all things wedding.
From florals and pipe and draping to table settings and timelines, you can sit back and know the stress of planning your wedding is gone.

The PBC Venue is snuggled between corn and bean fields, making families completely forget they’re actually in the city, right across from hotels & restaurants.

The PBC Venue works closely with our vendors to make sure events go smoothly for everyone. For that reason, we work with vendors that we have already met in advance and gone over all expectations before your event.

The PBC Venue has a liquor license & reserves a $750 bar minimum at weddings. There is no food minimum.
